Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
The Prelude SNAP from Merit Medical features a SMOOTHER sheath-to-dilator transition to reduce vessel trauma and provide ease of insertion through tortuous anatomy. The Prelude SNAP is also EASIER to break, requiring 66% less break force than its predecessor, making it effortless to remove and helping ensure leads stay in place.
To meet the challenges of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), you need advanced LV leads and LV delivery systems that match the tortuosity of your patient’s anatomy. The Worley Lateral Vein Introducer (LVI) system is designed to offer you the flexibility you need for reliable and accurate placement of LV leads to their target location.
The unique curve and braided core of the Worley Coronary Sinus Guide (CSG) helps you match your patient’s anatomy to the length and curve of the CSG. The 9 French ID provides ample room to perform various advanced CRT implantation techniques. The braided core inner catheter can be advanced as needed to create variable curves reducing the number of sheaths needed to facilitate a successful implantation.
The Worley Vein Selector is designed to improve LV lead location with its key features: unique accordion hub to minimize kinking and enhance steerability, proprietary braided shaft to maximize flexibility, and soft tapered tip to reduce vessel trauma. The Worley Vein Selector is also highly visible under fluoroscopy.
SVC tears are rare, but when they occur every second counts. The Merit Vitale Occlusion Balloon maintains hemostasis for up to 30 minutes allowing time for patients to stabilize and transition to surgery. Faster inflation, faster deflation, and better kink resistance offers better outcomes for you and your patients.

The HeartSpan® Transseptal Needle is designed to be exceptionally responsive with enhanced stiffness. The ergonomic handle fits the contours of your hand, for nimble control and navigation. The HeartSpan Needle is designed to work with the HeartSpan Transseptal Sheath.

Our line of Prelude® Sheath Introducers are part of the innovative family of Merit vascular access products. These products offer excellent transitions, kink resistance, smooth insertion, and more to make accessing your patient easy and convenient. The hemostasis valve minimizes blood leakage during procedures and these introducers are available in custom kit options to meet your clinical needs.
The indications for use for the SAFEGUARD 12cm and 24cm pressure assisted device are to assist in obtaining and maintaining hemostasis.
Interventional Cardiac Resynchonization Therapy (ICRT) Tools
Merit MAK™ mini access kits provide access to the vascular system and facilitate the placement of 0.035″ (0.89mm) or 0.038″ (0.97mm) guide wires. The MAK kits allow you to start small, minimizing bleeding and trauma to the surrounding tissue.
