The BIG60 ALPHA pressure relief force has been reduced by almost half when at pressure, and by almost two thirds at no pressure.*

The BIG60 ALPHA handle is smaller and almost 20% easier to turn when compared to the BIG60.* It is also engineered to fit the natural curves of the operators’ hands.

Depress the handle against a stable surface for one-handed prep, freeing the opposite hand. Rubber grip pad added to prevent slipping during preparation.

Standard with the BIG60 technology, rotational torque and number of revolutions to reach pressure have been minimized with the intent to reduce clinician hand fatigue.

Allows accurate pressure reading when BIG60 ALPHA is angled downward to prevent air passing into balloon.
