MARTHA ARONSON

She was the Executive Vice President and President of Global Healthcare for Ecolab, Inc., and she previously served as the Senior Vice President and President—North America for Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc.

Prior to that, she spent nearly 20 years at Medtronic in various management and leadership roles, both in the United States and internationally. She has guided and advised companies as a board director, most recently serving as a director, and formerly as Chair of the Board, for CONMED Corporation. She has also served as a director of Methode Electronics, Inc.; Clinical Innovations, LLC; Cardiovascular Systems, Inc.; Beta Bionics, Inc.; Hutchinson Technology, Inc.; Bright Uro; and OmCare.

She holds an economics degree from Wellesley College where she became an All American in Division III tennis. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. Her achievements have been recognized with the Women in Business Industry Leader Award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Additionally, she was named one of Minnesota’s 35 Most Influential Women in Healthcare and honored as one of Minnesota’s Outstanding Corporate Directors by Twin Cities Business magazine.

Aronson and her husband Dan have three sons. She is an avid water skier and stand-up paddle boarder.
