President and Chief Executive Officer
Martha Aronson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Merit Medical Systems, Inc., in October 2025. Martha has extensive experience in healthcare, including overseeing global healthcare businesses ranging in size from $500 million to $1 billion.

Chief Financial Officer
Raul Parra, CPA, was appointed Merit’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in July 2018, having served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from May 2018 to July 2018. He also served as Merit’s Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller.
ADAM SMITH
Chief Commercial Officer
Adam Smith joined Merit Medical in 2018 and became Chief Commercial Officer in 2025, leading the development and expansion of Merit’s global commercial activities.
BRIAN G. LLOYD
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Brian G. Lloyd was appointed Merit’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in April 2016. Prior to joining Merit, Lloyd served as a member of the business transactions group at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless for more than 20 years.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Mike Voigt joined Merit in 2020 with more than 20 years of progressive global human resources (HR) leadership experience in diverse industries, including medical device, pharmaceutical, and technology.
JOHN KNORPP
Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer
John Knorpp came to Merit in 2010 as Director of Regulatory Affairs of the Endotek Division and was promoted to Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer in 2013. In this role he directs all global regulatory and medical affairs activities.
VICKY BRUNK, RN, RAC
VP, Clinical Affairs
Vicky Brunk joined Merit in 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience in medical device clinical trials. She has held multiple leadership roles across large and medium sized corporations, as well as venture capital backed start-up organizations.

Chief Information Officer
Jason Treft serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for the company’s global information technology organization, functions and strategy.

Executive Vice President, Global Enterprise Excellence
Pete Dankwerth joined Merit in May 2026 as Executive Vice President, Global Enterprise Excellence. He leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, global execution, and change management.
SHERI LEWIS
Executive Vice President, Global Operations
Sheri Lewis joined Merit Medical as Executive Vice President, Global Operations, effective August 31st, 2026. She leads Merit’s global operations organization, with responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, quality, engineering, and operational excellence.
