The MAK-NV Introducer System (Mini Access for Non-Vascular applications), was designed for easy visualization and quick access into the drainage area. For enhanced visibility, the device features an echo enhanced needle and radiopaque marker tip on the introducer. Excellent transitions decrease buckling for a smooth insertion.
The MAK-NV is available in kits or as stand alone components. Components include:
- 6F co-axial pair with stiffening cannula. Introducer features a 6F OD with 4F ID
- 0.018" X 60cm nitinol or stainless steel guide wire with platinum tip
- 0.038" X 150cm double ended heavy duty 3mm J guide wire
- 21g X 15cm echo enhanced introducer needle with trocar stylet
