- An orientation program that teaches new employees about Merit’s products, standards, safety program, and company culture, and also allows them to meet top management—including the President & CEO;
- A 90-day Performance Appraisal plan that tracks the achievements and well-being of its new employees and allows employees and managers to exchange ideas and feedback that allows for further training and career development;
- A successful Everest Training Program that provides 30 hours of "hands-on" clean room training for Production Operators before they are expected to “perform” on the line;
- Ongoing training programs to ensure the employee is given all the tools necessary for success..
